Most charts are done in a 6"X9" format, complete with color printed cover and full materials list. DMC equivalents are provided whenever possible and required charms are always included!

Ordering from My Mark is easy! Simply phone, fax, or e-mail your order and we will return an order confirmation including the total and the ship date to you. Every effort will be made to ensure orders are shipped out as quickly as possible; typically the next business day.

Order Details: First time orders must be prepaid and accompanied by your Retail Sales License number. A NET 30 account will be set up for you, and beginning with your second order, you will have 30 days to pay for the shipment in full. Accounts not paid in full within 30 days will will be returned to a "prepay only" status, and may be subject to a finance charge.

Shipping: CHART orders will be shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail; to be determined by size and weight of order. Orders of any size sent to the US & CAN will be shipped for free; orders to other countries will be shipped at a discounted rate.

Payment: Payment options include: business checks, money orders, and MC/VISA. Paypal may also be used If you prefer; please let us know when ordering so we can provide PayPal payment instructions.
